Healthy Mom Habits came out of the fact that I've suffered my share of overwhelm, anxiety, and depression in the past. While I was in their clutches, they certainly felt like a curse. However, the lessons I learned from those difficult times help me in my daily life to be happier, more productive and in control, and avoid falling into their traps for long stretches anymore.
I'm sharing what I've learned - and what I am still learning - to help other moms feel calmer, more in control, and happier along the way.
